This charming studio apartment is located in the heart of Rome, in Via Laurina: a street that connects Via del Corso with Via Del Babuino. The apartment is located two steps away from Piazza di Spagna and Piazza del Popolo, very close there is the famous Via Margutta with the antiquarian galleries, the famous jewelleries and many places of artistic interest. Furthermore, it is nice to note that close to Spanish steps, there is the splendid Church of Sant . Andrea delle Fratte with a marvellous cloister (from the sixteenth century). In Piazza di Spagna, there is the underground (Line A, Piazza di Spagna Stop) and in the very near there is also Piazza del Popolo where there are taxis and buses that will help our guests to reach any places across the city..

The apartment is very bright and silent and it is located on the third floor of a building and can accommodate up to three guests.
At the entrance, just on the right, there is a kitchen corner, a day and night area furnished with taste and sobriety. In the night area there is a comfortable queen bed, an armchair that can be turned into a single bed, a table with chairs, a closet and a sideboard, there is also an armchair, a television and a CD player. The bathroom has a shower with hydromassage where you can have a very relaxing time. The floor is in wood and the ceiling have open beams that contribute to make the habitat extremely comfortable. The comfort is also guaranteed by the independent heating system and by the air conditioned that together with the other comforts will give our guests an unforgettable stay in Rome.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The large bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week.
